The Arts Society Heritage Volunteers are teams of committed non-specialist volunteers who work under the guidance of curators and other professionals to help conserve our heritage. At present Mendip DFAS is actively seeking suitable projects for this work. The Arts Society Mendip Heritage Volunteers may undertake projects for: • museums • National Trust properties • historic houses • libraries and gardens.

If anyone knows of such a project requiring support please let a committee member know. The volunteers will be recruited once the nature of the work is identified. Training for any specialist  skills will be acquired through the national society if required.
